ORDER

This petition has been filed to extend the time to deposit money as fixed by this Court in Crl.M.P(MD)No.4893 of 2025 in Crl.R.C(MD)No.469 of 2025 by an order, dated 15.04.2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that an extension of three weeks time for depositing 60% of the compensation amount may be granted.

3. The learned counsel for the respondent is present and he has no objection for the same.

4. Accordingly, this petition is allowed, directing the petitioner to pay the 60% of the compensation amount on or before 26.06.2025. On such deposit, the respondent is permitted to withdraw the same.

5. Post on 27.06.2025.
