ORDER

The Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed by the petitioner/wife to transfer the HMOP No.67 of 2024 on the file of the 1/4

Principal Sub Court, Kanchipuram, to the file of the Family Court, Thoothukudi.

2.On a perusal of the affidavit filed in support of the application, the wife is pleading hardship stating that she is now residing with her parents in Thoothukudi Town.

3.In view of the hardship pleaded by the wife, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed as prayed for and the case in HMOP No. 67 of 2024 is withdrawn from the file of the Principal Sub Court, Kanchipuram and transferred to the file of the Family Court, Thoothukudi, to be tried along with HMOP No.174 of 2024. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
