ORDER

Heard both sides.

2.The petitioners were granted assignments of land. Their grievance is that the assigned lands have not been identified, demarcated and handed over. Regular patta has also not been issued. That is why, this writ petition came to be filed.

3.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader on instructions submits that the lands assigned in favour of the petitioners will be duly identified, demarcated and possession will also 2/4

be handed over. Patta also will be issued. The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
