..Respondent Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the entire records pertaining to the impugned notice issued by the respondent in Na.Ka.No. 416/2024/A3 dated 16.05.2025 by postponing the auction of the shop No.5 (ground floor) situated in New Bus Stand, Valliyoor and quash the same and consequently direct the respondent to resume the remaining process of auction for the said shop and complete the same as expeditiously as possible within the time stipulation as prescribed by this Court. ORDER

The petitioner is before this Court challenging the notice dated 16.05.2025 issued by the respondent postponing the auction of Shop No.5 (Ground Floor) situated at the New Bus Stand, Valliyoor. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that, during the pendency of the writ petition, the auction in respect of Shop No.5 has been conducted and the shop has been allotted to the successful bidder.

3.In view of the above submission, nothing survives for further adjudication in the present writ petition.

4.Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of as having become infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
