By consent of both the parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal.

2. The limited prayer sought for in the present writ petition is for a direction to the first respondent to dispose of the approval petition filed by the 3rd respondent in A.P.No.98 of 2021.

3. Since the approval petition filed by the 3rd respondent is still pending, it would be appropriate to direct the first respondent to dispose of it expeditiously, within a stipulated time.

4. In view of the above observations, there shall be a direction to the first respondent to dispose of the approval petition filed by the 3rd respondent, 2/4

under Section 33(2)(b) of Industrial Disputes Act, in A.P.No.98 of 2021, as expeditiously as possible, in any event, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if not already disposed of.

5. With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
