The revision petitioner is the petitioner in H.M.O.P.No.177 of 2019, which she has filed to declare the marriage as null and void.

2. The learned counsel for the revision petitioner submitted that though some one year has passed since the filing of the petition, not even counter has been filed.

3. The learned Sub Judge, Dindigul is now required to expedite the process of obtaining counter of the respondent in this case and once the counter is filed, the learned Sub Judge is required to expedite the matter and dispose of the same at the very earliest.
