PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to provide a job in Tamil Nadu Paper Limit Unit II situated in Mondipatti, K.Periyapatti Taluk, Manapparai Taluk, Trichy District, based on the petitioner's representation dated 29.04.2019.

ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to provide a job in Tamil Nadu Paper Limit Unit II situated in Mondipatti, K.Periyapatti Taluk, Manapparai Taluk, Trichy District, based on the petitioner's representation dated 29.04.2019.

2.With reference to the prayer made in this writ petition, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner made a representation on 29.04.2019 along with relevant documents for the relief as stated above. But, till date no action has been taken by the respondents. Hence, the petitioner is before this Court with the present writ petition. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents would submit that the petitioner's representation dated 29.04.2019 would be considered as expeditiously as possible on merits and in accordance with law.

4.By accepting the submission made by the learned Standing Counsel, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court directs the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 29.04.2019 on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.This Writ Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
