PRAYER :- To relax the condition imposed on the petitioners by this Court in its order, dated 08.05.2025, passed in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.8492 of 2025. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.8492 of 2025 dated 08.05.2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions imposed by this court regularly and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners have complied with the condition for nearly 23 days.

4. Considering the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioners by this Court, in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.8492 of 2025, dated 08.05.2025, is relaxed and the 2/3
