The prayer in this writ petition is for issuance of writ of mandamus, to direct the 1st respondent to consider and pass orders on the representation of the petitioner, dated 03.07.2016, pending on the file of the 1st respondent herein.

2.Mr.K.P.Krishnadoss, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the respondents. By consent of both the parties this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage. 3.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate for the respondents. 4.Since the prayer sought for in this writ petition eventhough is a mandamus to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 03.07.2016 submitted to the first respondent, the grievance of the petitioner appears to be very trivial in nature as has been projected in the said representation. Government Advocate appearing for the respondents would contend that the respondents would be given suitable advice to decide the said representation given by the petitioner, considering its own merits and in accordance with law.
