Mrs.Suriyakala, W/o. Late.Chandrasekaran, without giving any representation whatsoever, has directly come to this Court, seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 2 to 5 to implement the authorization letter issued by the first respondent vide letter No.P19/11908260/14/PPO No.R.1908260/EDP, dated 08.10.2013, within a stipulated period. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. When the matter came up for admission, Mrs.S.Bharathi, learned Government Advocate after taking notice on behalf of the respondents would submit that no doubt the petitioner's husband Late.Chandrasekaran, who was appointed as Secondary Grade Teacher on 05.08.1988 in Panchayat Union Primary School At Manalmettupatti, retired from service on 30.11.2012 and after receiving pension from the fifth respondent, died on 05.06.2016 and thereafter , at no point of time, the petitioner being the legal nominee of late.Chandrasekaran, has approached the respondents 2 to 5 along with requisite documents, requesting to give pension amount to her.

3. A perusal of the affidavit filed in support of this Writ Petition and the other documents enclosed in typed set of papers, also failed to impress upon this Court that the petitioner has approached any of the respondents. Therefore, this Writ Petition is liable to be dismissed.

4. In the result, this Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the petitioner is given liberty to approach the fifth respondent along with relevant documents such as Death Certificate of her husband and Requisition Letter along with the authorization letter issued by the first respondent. On such representation being made, the fifth respondent shall consider the same and pass suitable orders, on merits and in accordance with law. No Costs.
