ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner is in judicial custody since 25.08.2018 for the offences punishable under Sections 8(c) r/w 20(b) (ii) (B) of NDPS Act, in Crime No.304 of 2018 on the file of the respondent police. He seeks bail.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent. 3.The case of the prosecution is that on 25.08.2018, the respondent police on secret information inspecting near head post office, Gandhi Road and at about 13.30 hours the petitioner/accused walk along the road with a polythin bag and the police party intercepted him and conduct a search and found that the petitioner possessed 5 Kgs of Ganja. The respondent police seized the Ganja and https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ after took samples in the presence of witnesses and arrested the

petitioner/accused and remanded him on 25.08.2018. 4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the petitioner is having 9 previous cases all are serious in nature and finally he involved in this case. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
