PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 528 of BNSS Act, to direct the respondents 1 to 3 not to harass the petitioner and his family members by interfering the Civil dispute.

ORDER
The present petition has been filed seeking a direction as against the respondent police not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.
2. The learned Counsel for State of TN(crl.side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2, submitted that after enquiry, the complaint was closed on 11.04.2026 and the petitioner would not be called for any further enquiry.
3. The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the third and the fourth respondent are repeatedly lodging the complaints one after another as and when the police official is transferred, on the same said of facts and he seeks an order that the police should not interfere in the civil dispute.
4. Considering the fact that as of now, the complaint has been closed, the second respondent is directed not to interfere in the civil dispute. 5.With the above said directions, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
