PRAYER:- Petition - filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 3rd respondent to break open the lock and hand over the key of the shop to the petitioner situated at No.44/4 Thirchendur to palayamkottai Main Road, Kumarapuram, Thiruchendur and permit the petitioner to carrying on business in the said premises. 1/4

ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for issuance of writ of mandamus directing the third respondent to break open the lock and hand over the key of the shop belonged to the petitioner.

2. The learned Government Advocate on instructions submitted that the property belongs to the National Highways and hence, the same has been taken over by the National Highways and the shop is no more inexistence.
