ORDER
This petition has been filed to initiate proceedings under Sections 145 and 107 of Cr.P.C., based on FIR registered in Crime No.615 of 2015 for the offence punishable under Sections 120(b), 420, 341 & 506(ii) IPC.
2.The learned Government Advocate submitted that after the investigation was completed, closure report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Nagercoil and notice has also been sent to the petitioner.
3.In view of the aforesaid submission, the prayer sought for in this Writ Petition cannot be granted. However, the petitioner is at liberty to file protest petition before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Nagercoil.
