ORDER

This petition is filed seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent to complete the investigation in Crime No.51 of 2016 and file a final report in accordance with law within the period that may be stipulated by this Court.

2.The petitioner is the defacto complainant in Crime No.51 of 2016, which was registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406 and 420 of IPC on 14.12.2016.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Crl.side) appearing for the respondents would submit that investigation has been completed and final report has also been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Madurai and the same has been taken on file in C.C.No.2364 of 2021.

4.Since the final report has been filed and it has been taken cognizance by the concerned Court, the prayer sought for by the petitioner has now become infructuous.
