Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the official respondents.

2.The petitioner alleges harrasment at the hands of the second respondent. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the official respondents informs the Court that the issue involved in this petition is landlord and tenant dispute and therefore the police will not interfere into the above matter. Both the parties may have to approach the Civil Forum for their remedy. 3.Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. The parties are directed to approach the appropriate Forum for their remedy.
