Crl.O.P.(MD)No.12661 of 2021 2.Mr.Vigneshwaran/defacto complainant is present in person before me. He has been duly identified by Thiru.R.Muthuramalingam, Head Constable attached to Keelathooval Police Station, Ramanathapuram District. The parties have filed a compromise memo jointly. The defacto complainant does not want to pursue the matter. The parties have arrived at amicable settlement and the defacto complainant wants to close the issue. It would not be in the interest of justice to continue the prosecution. To secure ends of justice, the impugned FIR is quashed. The Criminal Original Petition is allowed.
