ORDER

Seeking to direct the Respondent Nos. 1 and 2 to initiate necessary action against Respondent No.4, who is the Inspector of Police of Sanarpatti Police Station, this writ petition is filed.

2. Since no adverse order is passed against the private respondent, notice to the private respondent is dispensed with.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the 4th respondent police is acting hand in glove with the proposed accused and sought the indulgence of this Court.

4. However, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) submitted that the petitioner as well as the rival parties were properly put on notice under Section 64 BNSS, and a discrete enquiry was conducted and thereafter, the matter was closed on 14.06.2026 recording the pendency of civil suits.

5. Heard the learned counsel on either side and carefully perused the materials available on record.

6. However, the learned counsel for the petitioner insisted that the Superintendent of Police should be directed to look into the matter. However, I do not find any reason to direct the respondent police in such a line.

7. In view of the same, giving liberty to the petitioner to file a private complaint, this Writ Petition is disposed of.
