Prayer: Writ Petition, filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this court to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent to consider the reply notice given by the Petitioner vide letter dated 20.03.2026 and to afford the petitioner a reasonable and sufficient opportunity of being heard and thereby subsequently directing the respondent to resume the supply of Commercial LPG Cylinders to the petitioner in terms of the Distributorship Agreement dated 31.03.2021 and pass such further or other orders as this Honble court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of this case and thus render justice.

ORDER

When the matter came up for hearing today, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.
