ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to conduct the enquiry and take further action as against the respondents 5 to 8 on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 03.12.2021.

2. The petitioner has sent representation on 03.12.2021 followed by reminder on 24.01.2022. From the representation it is seen that the petitioner has made allegations against the respondents 5 to 8 stating that they have misappropriated funds collected for the Kumbabhishegam held on 24.11.2021 at Arulmighu Naganatha Swami Thirukovil. The petitioner though made serious allegations of misappropriation of around Rs.8 crores the respondents has not taken any action, hence he has filed the above petition. The learned counsel would fairly submit that 2/6

it is the second respondent who has to take appropriate steps and in view of the same, he is giving up R1 and R3 in this case.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the respondents 2 and 4 would submit that representation of the petitioner would be considered thereafter appropriate orders will be passed in accordance with law.

4. In view of the above submission, this Court directs the fourth respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 03.12.2021 and report the same to the second respondent and the outcome of the same to be informed to the petitioner. The entire process to be completed within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
