ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition is filed seeking a direction to the Sub Court, Devakottai, Sivagangai District to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.160 of 2022 within a time frame as stipulated by this Court. 2.Since no adverse order is going to be passed as against the respondents, notice to the respondents is dispensed with.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner filed a money suit in O.S.No.160 of 2022 on the file of the Sub Court, Devakottai, Sivagangai District. He further submits that the suit is pending from the year 2022 without any progress. Hence, he seeks expeditious disposal of the suit. 4.In view of the above submission, the trial Court is directed to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.160 of 2022 as expeditiously as possible based upon the seniority of the cases. No costs.
