O R D E R

[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the respondents would submit that the issue involved in the present writ petition is covered by the orders of this Court in W.P(MD)Nos.19041 and 19335 of 2018 dated 03.09.2018 and 07.09.2018 respectively. 2.In view of the above submission, the relief sought in the petition cannot be granted, as this Court has already passed appropriate orders in W.P(MD)Nos.19041 and 19335 of 2018 of 2018 in similar issue.

3.The writ petition is dismissed accordingly. However, liberty is given to the petitioner to file appropriate application before the concerned Registrar of Co-operative Societies. As and when application is filed, the Registrar shall consider and dispose of the same within a period of three months from the date of receipt of application from the petitioner. No costs. Consequently, WMP(MD) Nos.17289 and 17290 of 2018 are closed.
