The petitioner has approached this Court with a grievance that the respondent police are harassing him under the guise of enquiry in a civil dispute, based on the complaint of the 3rd respondent. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police on instructions submits that the police have not entertained the complaint of the 3rd respondent and they have been advised to approach the appropriate civil forum. 3.Since it is reported that the respondent police have not entertained the complaint of the third respondent as it is civil in nature , this writ petition is closed.
