O R D E R

The writ petition has been filed for a direction to the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 18.07.2016 and permit the petitioner to conduct demonstration on 31.07.2016 at 11 a.m. near New Bus Stand, Tenkasi, Tirunelveli District or any other place at Tenkasi to be fixed by the respondent.

2.Mr.D.Muruganandham, learned Additional Government Pleader, takes notice for the respondent. By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

3.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent.

4.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has sent a representation to the respondent on 18.07.2016. However, the said representation has not been considered so far and hence, the petitioner is before this Court with this petition.

5.The learned Additional Government Pleader, on instructions, would submit that the respondent may be directed to consider the representation of the petitioner.

6. In view of the above, the respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner and dispose of the same within a period of three days from today, as the demonstration is scheduled to be conducted on 31.07.2016. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
