Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated13.12.2016 and to change the name in favour of petitioner in survey ward No.X, Block No.26, T.S.No.890/1A of an extent of 0.0977.5 Square Meter and T.S.No.890/3B of an extent of 0.0079.0 Square Meter is vacant lands situated at Chinna Chookkikulam, Madurai Town, Madurai for payable of property tax and other purposes within a stipulated period.

The petitioner seeks for a direction to the first respondent to consider the representation, dated 13.12.2016, wherein he seeks for including his name in Survey Ward No.X, Block No.26, T.S.No.890/1A and T.S.No.890/3B situated at Chinna Chookkikulam, Madurai Town, Madurai.

2. Since the petitioner has already made a representation and the same is pending before the first respondent, it is for the first respondent to pass orders on the said representation on https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

merits and in accordance with law, after hearing the rival claimants if any.

3. Therefore, this writ petition is disposed of only with a direction to the first respondent, who in-turn shall pass such an order within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
