ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 341, 323, 387 and 506(ii) IPC, in Crime No.211 of 2018, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that due to some dispute, the petitioner attacked the defacto complainant and snatched his cell phone and also robbed a sum of Rs.1,000/-. Hence, a case has been registered.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that A2 and A3 were already granted anticipatory bail by this Court on 21.08.2018 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.14731 of 2018. He further submitted that the petitioner's father was murdered and only the mother of the petitioner filed Writ Petition, seeking compensation on the murder of her husband, in W.P.(MD)No.10726 of 1999. Only due to this motive, this case has been registered against the petitioner. Hence, he prays for anticipatory bail.

4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submitted that investigation is pending. 5.Taking note of the facts and circumstances, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner with certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on his appearance before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Nagercoil and on his executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and on further condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation. The petitioner shall comply with the conditions stipulated under Section 438 Cr.P.C. scrupulously. 6.The petitioner shall appear before the concerned Magistrate within a period of 15 days from the date on which the order copy made ready, failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail shall stand dismissed.
