ORDER
The petitioner has approached this court with a grievance that the respondent police have not conducted investigation on his complaint. 2.When this petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submits that the petitioner lodged a complaint before the Superintendent of Police, Tenkasi and it was forwarded to the 2nd respondent police. The complaint of the petitioner was enquired as current paper enquiry and it was closed. 3.Recording the above submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law. The respondent police shall furnish a copy of the closure report to the petitioner. 23.06.2025 DSK 2/4
