ORDER

The present writ petition has been filed by the Management challenging the order passed by the respondent herein under Section 7A of the Employees' Provident Funds and Miscellaneous Provisions Act, 1952. The writ petition has been filed bypassing the appeal remedy on the sole ground that there is no Presiding Officer in the Appellate Court.

2. It is brought to the notice of the Court that the Appellate Officer has been appointed and therefore, the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks liberty to file an appeal before the competent Appellate Authority.

3. With such a liberty, this writ petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
