This Writ Petition has been filed seeking orders to issue a Writ of Certiorari, to call for the records relating to the second impugned order made in Na.Ka.C4/2366/2021, dated 12.05.2021 on the file of the first respondent herein and the first impugned order made in Mu.Mu.A2/6530/2020, dated 25.11.2020 on the file of the second respondent herein and to quash both the impugned orders as arbitrary and illegal.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect. Permission is granted.
