ORDER
When the matter is listed today, the learned Additional Government Pleader submitted that the issue involved in this Writ Petition has already been covered by the batch of order passed by the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court and it is now reiterated in Rev.Appl.(MD)Nos.90 to 95 of 2014, dated 05.02.2024, in The State of Tamil Nadu Vs. Iruthiya Mary case. Hence, it is today listed for passing orders. The learned Counsel for the petitioner has not appeared today.
2.However, since the matter has already heard and the matter is listed today under the caption "for orders", this Court proceeded further for passing orders. The issues involved in this Writ Petition that refixation of his pay by relying upon G.O.Ms.No.210, School Education(G-1) Department, dated 14.08.2009.

3.The eligibility granting benefits under G.O.Ms.No.210, School Education(G-1) Department, dated 14.08.2009, was considered by this Court and it has been categorically held that this benefit under the G.O.Ms.No.210, as well as in the G.O.Ms.No.234, dated 10.09.2009, would not be applicable to the Teachers, who served in the aided school. In view of the categorical findings of the Hon'ble Division Bench, the petitioner is not entitled to any benefits. 4.Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands dismissed.
