This Writ Petition has been filed, seeking a direction to the second respondent to terminate the Petitioner from the membership and consequently to settle the payments of the share, savings, family benefit fund etc., which are payable to the Petitioner, on the basis of the Petitioner's representation dated 7.3.2016. 2.Mr.A.Jeyaraman, learned counsel takes notice for the first respondent and Mr.K.P.Krishnadoss, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the second respondent. By consent of both https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
parties, the Writ Petition itself is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
3.It is submitted by the learned counsel for the Petitioner that the entire amount due to the society has been cleared by the Petitioner and hence, the Petitioner may be relieved from the membership and that in this regard, the Petitioner has made a representation on 7.3.2016 and that the same may be considered by the respondents within the time stipulated by this Court. Since the said representation did not evoke any response from the respondents, the Petitioner is before this Court.
4. The counsel for the respondents would submit that it is agreeable for the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner and pass orders thereon.
5.In view of the submission, the respondents concerned is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 7.3.2016 and to pass appropriate orders on the same in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if there is no other legal impediment to do so. No costs.
6.With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
