ORDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.C.JAWHAR RAVINDRAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.N.GOVARDHANAN, CAVEATOR on behalf of the 1st Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to condone the delay of 118 days in presenting the above said appeal.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

Considering the contention of the learned counsel for the petitioner/s, the delay of 118 days is condoned on payment of cost of Rs.500/- (Rupees Five Hundred only) to the Rojavanam, Homeless & Aged Care Centre, Melur Road, Uthangudi, Madurai, within a period of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which, this petition shall stand dismissed automatically, without further reference to this Court.
