To call for the records of Trial Court and set aside the judgment of conviction passed by the Learned Chief Judicial Magistrate Court, Thanjavur in Spl.Case No. 21/2014 dated 06.12.2022 against this Appellant/Accused No.6.
Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.I.JOSEPH ZINOSON,Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.R.MEENAKSHISUNDARAM, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed against the petitioner in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.3552 of 2023 in Crl.M.P. (MD)No.16409 of 2022 in Crl.A(MD) No.883 of 2022, dated 13.03.2023.
2. It is seen from the records that this Court while granting suspension of sentence, directed the petitioner to appear before the concerned Court once in a week and subsequently, the condition was https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2
CRL MP(MD) No.9135 of 2023 modified to the effect that he was directed to appear before the concerned Court, once in a month i.e., on the first working day of every English calender month at 10.30 am.
3.Considering the above and also the fact that the condition was modified on 13.03.2023, this Court is not inclined to modify the condition further.
4. In the result, the Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed.
