The writ petition has been filed to direct the respondents to initiate action against the persons mentioned in the complaint, dated 23.11.2016 lodged by the petitioner.
2.When the matter is taken up, the learned Government Advocate would submit that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, both the parties were called for enquiry and since, the transaction between the parties is civil in nature, the case was closed advising the parties to seek appropriate remedy before the competent civil court.
