O R D E R
This Writ Petition has been filed, seeking a direction to the third respondent to restore the Petitioner's electricity connection No.431/006/2317 by considering the Petitioner's representation dated 13.2.2017, within the time stipulated by this Court.

2.Mr.S.M.S.Johnny Basha, learned Standing Counsel takes notice for the respondents. By consent of both parties, the Writ Petition itself is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
3.Upon hearing the submission made by both sides and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, as agreed by the Petitioner, the Petitioner is directed to pay a sum of Rs.25,000/- as first instalment towards the amount demanded by the respondents and on such payment, the respondents concerned shall restore the electricity connection of the Petitioner and the second instalment/ remaining sum of Rs.25,000/- shall be paid on or before 31.3.2017. If the Petitioner fails to comply with the second instalment, it is open to the respondents to disconnect the service connection of the Petitioner without any notice and this Court will not entertain any petition for extension of time for payment as afore-stated.
4.On receipt of second instalment, the respondent concerned shall pass orders on the representation of the Petitioner, dated 13.2.2017 in accordance with law within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5.With the above directions, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
