This Criminal original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent not to interfere with the civil dispute pertaining to the property in Survey Numbers 60/2F, 60/3B, 60/3A in an extend of 63 cents at Poothipuram Village, Usilampatti Taluk, Madurai District. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 submitted that on the complaint given by the third respondent, petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed as civil in nature. The same is recorded.

3.It is made clear, now that the complaint has been closed, the respondent shall not call the petitioner in the guise of enquiry and harass him.

4.With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
