Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent to survey and fix boundaries in the petitioner's agricultural land in Survey No.35/12A2, in Patta No.2193, situated in Sithalavai village, Krishnarayapuram Taluk, Karur District, based on the petitioner's representation, dated 25.01.2017, within a stipulated time fixed by this Court. The petitioner seeks for a direction to the respondent to survey and fix boundaries in the land at Survey No.35/12A2 in Patta No.2193 situated at Sithalavai Village, Krishnarayapuram Taluk, Karur District.

2. It appears that the petitioner has already made a representation on 25.01.2017 seeking for such relief. Therefore, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ it is for the respondent to consider the said representation and pass orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law,

after hearing the rival claimants if any.

3. This Court, at this stage, is not expressing any view on the claim made by the petitioner. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of only with a direction to the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 25.01.2017 and pass orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
