The prayer made in this Writ Petition is to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to remove the illegal encroachments made in Perumal Kovil Street, Krishnan Kovil Street, Visalakshi Amman Kovil Street, Monnammal Street, Jinning Factory Street, Market Street and Main Road of Kavivalam Vanthanallur towards Subbulapuram Road, Sankarankovil Taluk, Tirunelveli District on the basis of the petitioner's representation, dated 10.06.2019.
2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, on instructions, 2/4
submitted that the encroachment pointed out the petitioner had already been removed in the month of February, 2020. The said submission is not refuted by the learned counsel for the petitioner.
3. Recording the submission of the learned Government Pleader, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs.
