ORDER

The present contempt petition has been filed to punish the respondents for willful disobedience of the order of this Court in W.P(MD)No.5111 of 2025 dated 26.02.2025.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent would submit that pursuant to the order passed in W.P(MD)No.5111 of 2025 dated 26.02.2025, the respondent passed an order on 13.08.2025 in Na.Ka.No.9646/2025/D4 and hence, the direction issued by this Court has been complied with.

3. The copy of the order passed by the respondent dated 13.08.2025 is also handed over to the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. If the petitioner is aggrieved by the order passed by the respondent, it is for him to challenge the same in the manner known to law. 2/4
