The Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to assign the post of Shop Supervisor to the petitioner in any of the shop under the control of the first and second respondents by considering his representation dated 06.10.2016. 2.It is brought to the notice of this Court, by the learned counsel appearing for the respondents, that by proceeding in e.f.vz ;.28/2017/m dated 04.04.2017 the aforesaid relief sought by the petitioner has been granted. Hence, nothing survives for adjudication in the Writ Petition.
