CRL OP(MD). No.10771 of 2023 2.The case of the prosecution is that due to previous enmity the petitioners herein abused the defacto complainant in filthy language, assaulted him and threatened with dire consequences. Hence, the complaint.

3. Heard both side and perused the materials available on record including the First Information Report. It is reported that the injured is still taking treatment in the hospital.

4. Taking into consideration he facts and circumstances of the case and also the fact that the injured sustained injuries and had 6 stitches and still taking treatment in the hospital, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners.

5. Hence the petition stands dismissed.
