This Writ Petition has been filed by the petitioner, directing the respondents to grant permission and protection for Celebrating Natchathira Kalaivizha at Cresent City, Katroad, Batlagundu, Dindigul District for the "Kalakkapovathu Yaru and Magic Show" programme on 24.01.2016 at 03.00 p.m.

2. This Court on 22.01.2016, by way of an interim order, permitted the petitioner to conduct the programme on 24.01.2016 subject to certain conditions. Today, the matter is listed under the caption 'for compliance'.

3. There is no representation for the petitioner. Since the relief has already been granted by way of the interim order dated 22.01.2016, this Court is of the view that, nothing survives for further adjudication in this Writ Petition.
