Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the second respondent to give permission with protection to conduct the cultural function Aadal-Paadal at A.Pidarampatty, Aalavayal, public stage connection with the fruit festival of Sri Pidari Amman Temple at A.Pidarampatty, Aalavayal, Ponnamaravathy, Pudukkottai District on 18.07.2019 at about 7.00 p.m to 12.00 p.m based on the petitioner's representation dated 01.07.2019.

O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent to give permission with protection to conduct the cultural function Aadal-Paadal at A.Pidarampatty, Aalavayal, public stage connection with the fruit festival of Sri Pidari Amman Temple at A.Pidarampatty, Aalavayal, Ponnamaravathy, Pudukkottai District on 18.07.2019 at about 7.00 p.m to 12.00 p.m based on the petitioner's representation dated 01.07.2019.

2. By consent of both parties, the main Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.

3. Mr.K.Suyambulinga Bharathi, learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) takes notice for the respondents.

4. The grievance of the petitioner is that seeking permission and protection to conduct the cultural function Aadal-Paadal at A.Pidarampatty, Aalavayal, public stage connection with the fruit https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

festival of Sri Pidari Amman Temple at A.Pidarampatty, Aalavayal, Ponnamaravathy, Pudukkottai District on 18.07.2019 at about 7.00 p.m to 12.00 p.m. The petitioner made a representation to the second respondent on 01.07.2019 and the said representation was not considered so far. Hence, the present Writ Petition has been filed for the aforesaid relief.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without going into the merits of the case, the respondents are directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 01.07.2019 and pass suitable orders on merits and in accordance with law, forthwith.

6. The Writ Petition stands disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
