ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/Accused who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under sections 306 of IPC r/w.section 9 of TNLE Act in Crime No. 443 of 2023 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the defacto complainant lodged complaint that her daughther namely Premalatha had informed her that there are more debts in her family resulting she and her husband jointly committed suicide on 25.04.2023 by hanging, hence the case.

3. Heard both side and perused the materials available on record including the First Information Report.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner had no specific overt act and co- accused was arrested and released on bail,hence he seeks bail

5. This is the second application for anticipatory bail and the earlier application for anticipatory bail was dismissed by this Court on 01.06.2023 in Crl.O.P(MD) No.9543 of 2023 and there is no change in circumstances of the case to consider the present anticipatory bail petition even after dismissal of the petition, hence this court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
