The prayer in this writ petition is for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 2nd respondent herein to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 16.12.2016 for renewal of the order of appointing the member of the petitioner's society by its order dated 04.11.2013 within the time fixed by this Court. 2.Having regard to the limited relief sought for, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent herein to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 16.12.2016, seeking to renew the nomination of the maintenance committee of the weavers colony for the year 2017 to 2020, and to pass orders in accordance with law if there are no legal impediments, within a https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
