Mr.K.R.Kishore Ram, learned counsel, takes notice for the respondent. After hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner and the Page No. 1 of 4
respondent, this Writ Petition is being disposed of at the admission stage itself.
2. This Writ Petition has been filed for a Writ of Mandamus to consider the petitioner's representation dated 24.05.2025, submitted for the allotment of a shop at the New Bus Stand, Pudukkottai District.
3. Although the petitioner seeks a wider relief, partial relief can be granted at this stage by directing the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 24.05.2025, after affording the petitioner an opportunity of hearing, particularly in view of the fact that the petitioner had already been allotted a shop in the existing Bus Stand. This exercise shall be completed within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
