This Criminal original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to file charge sheet before the Judicial Magistrate, Paramakudi, Ramanathapuram District in Crime No.11 of 2011. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondents would submit that after completion of the investigation, the respondent police filed a final report before the Special Court for Anti Land Grabbing.

3.In view of the pendency of the case before the Hon'ble Supreme Court, no cognizance can been taken. The second respondent is directed to take back the final report filed before the Special Court for Anti Land Grabbing and present it before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Paramakudi, Ramanthapuram District, within a period of three weeks, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
