ORDER

The Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed to withdraw the case on the file of the Family Court, Chennai, in H.M.O.P.No.4368 of 2023 and transfer the same to the file of the Family Court, Thanjavur.

2. When the matter is taken up today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that decree of divorce was granted on mutual consent in H.M.O.P.No.148 of 2025 on the file of the Subordinate Court, Pattukkottai, Thanjavur District on 26.02.2026.

3. Recording the same, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
