Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.B.SENTHILKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.V.NEELAKANDAN, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to extend the time limit of the petitioner's surrender and execute sureties in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.7968 of 2018, dated 18.05.2018. 2.This petition is filed after expiry of time granted to surrender and execute sureties by this Court. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner due to ill-health. Therefore, he could not able to arrange the sureties.
4.Considering the reasons stated in the petition, this petition is ordered and the time for surrender and to execute the sureties before the concerned court is extended by two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.1,000/-(One Thousand Only) to the credit of the Hon'ble Chief Justice Relief Fund. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
