PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, praying this Court to call for the records pertaining to the First Information Report in Crime No.488 of 2019 dated 20.10.2019 under Section 465, 468, 471, 420 and 506(ii) of IPC on the file of the first respondent and quash the same as illegal.

Mrn 2.On the side of the prosecution, it is stated that a chargesheet was filed on 10.10.2020 before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Tenkasi and the same is yet to be taken on file.

3.In view of the submission made by the prosecution and chargesheet has already filed, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. The respondent police is hereby directed to rectify the mistakes in the chargesheet and to resubmit the same within a period of one month from the date of receipt of copy of this order. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
